Meet the Belafonte Breeze: grapefruit-infused vodka, elderflower liqueur, grapefruit cordial, fresh lemon, and a touch of simple syrup for a bright, refreshing sipping experience.
Its name is inspired by the Belafonte, the iconic research vessel from The Life Aquatic, and the painting hanging inside our restaurant. It’s a little nod to adventure, curiosity, and life on the water.
