About us

 It’s pretty simple. We love oysters. We have visited a wide variety of raw bars all over the world. The experience, flavors and concepts taught us one thing- the best places weren’t pretentious or ornate. You don’t need a huge menu with dozens of options. A raw bar should be fun, lively and authentic.

On our quest to create Knoxville's only raw bar we decided we would feature the freshest ingredients and the seas' most flavorful offerings. Our food would be based around a very simple concept- authentic, genuine hospitality with delicious seafood. Great oysters and a delicious hand-crafted cocktail or a crisp bottle of bubbles.

The menu at The Brass Pearl is built to offer a rotating variety of 6-8 types of oysters from the East and West Coasts' best regions complimented by seasonal entrees and a fresh-catch emphasis. All of our seafood is sustainably caught.
